Are there any additional limitations on guest numbers or dates permitted for BYO charters?
No BYO

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
We are a non-smoking vessel; however, vaping is allowed in
outside areas.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Yes, to protect the teak decks we request shoes to be removed
prior to boarding. Please advise our sales consultants if you
require specialty footwear.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes, there's high-quality surround sound system with the ability to stream
music, a 50-inch smart TV, PA, and microphone

Can we have a DJ?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own DJ onboard.
Please advise your sales consultant if applicable. We can also organise for $193/hr.

Is swimming allowed?
SWIMMING PACKAGE $350

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
There is flexibility around different pick-up and drop-off
locations. Vessel travel charges from the boat’s inner-city
mooring location to the pick-up location may apply. Our standard departure locations are Mariner’s Cove Marina
Main Beach, City Botanic Gardens River Hub, or New Farm Park
River Hub.

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
Given the logistical constraints with jetty slots along the
Brisbane River, decorations that can be organised onboard
are limited. However, the boat’s interior is styled for maximum
effect. Your event consultant will assist with any further styling
questions.

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
