What happens in poor weather?
The charter will only be cancelled in the event of torrential rain and strong winds.
If there is rain we still operate with ample undercover area to await any passing showers.

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
We have, glasses, plates, cutlery, a SMALL BBQ with all utensils

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Pre-mixed spirits in cans or bottles are OK no bottles of straight spirits

Is ice provided onboard?
Yes, there's one large esky with ice

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes, there's a small BBQ on board.

Is drinking water included?
No, please BYO bottled water.

What cool storage is there onboard?
There's one large esky.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes, free use of 2 stand up paddleboards and 10 metre float mat

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted in a designated area of the vessel

Is swimming allowed?
Yes swimming is allowed and easy access. If you arranged a beach landing / swimming / water activities such as stand up paddle board-
ing as part of the itinerary, all guests accessing the beach / entering the water DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. We shall not be liable for accidents, injuries or death due to swimming or water activities.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes, there's an inbuilt stereo with bow and stern speakers that can be connected via Bluetooth.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Barefoot boat - we will ask you to remove your shoes once onboard.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes a DJ is permitted
+
Where can we pickup and dropoff?
Mariners Cove (26 B arm Mariners Cove, 60 Seaworld Drive Main Beach Qld.)

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
Sunday to Friday $400p/h SPECIALS!! Hens/Bucks or Birthday Packages available - please consult staff

Min 3 hour charters - visiting the spit and Wavebreak island

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
