What happens in poor weather?
We only cancel in torrential rain and strong winds - in which case we cancel on the day to re-schedule. If there is rain we still operate with ample undercover area to await any passing showers.

We have, glasses, plates, cutlery, a SMALL BBQ with all utensils

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Only beer, wine and pre-mix drinks please NO BOTTLES OF STRAIGHT

Is ice provided onboard?
Yes

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes, there's a small BBQ onboard.

Is drinking water included?
No, please BYO bottled water.

What cool storage is there onboard?
Yes, there's one extra large Esky with ice. Feel free to bring more eskies with ice should you feel you will require more.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes, free use of 2 stand up paddleboards and 10 metre float mat

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted in a designated area

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes, there's an inbuilt stereo with bow and stern speakers to bluetooth music

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Please note we are a barefoot boat so we will ask you to remove your shoes once onboard.

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?

Min 3 hour charters - visiting the spit and Wavebreak island

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
